No he isn't. He's a beaky swan bothering CUNT.
But I thought this before it was fashionable to do so. Suspected doper too.

Saw the family press conference on the telly, they soon fucking called a halt to that when they were asked an awkward question about what he was up to the day after he tested positive.

Was split over this, though probably mainly as I don't give a shit.
Don't like countries becoming a bit nazi and telling people they HAVE to have something, as up to the individual if they want to be gay/scared of taking the vaccine and pretending covid wasn't a thing but............
He knew Oz were a country who did expect everyone to be jabbed and so don't cry like a little bitch when they put their foot down.

Going to be interesting this as he may well have fucked himself here. Apparently the head of immigration who is big pals with the PM gets to decide if he stays regardless of the court decision.
If he gets booted out he cant come back for 3 yrs.. bang goes your Australian Open record then.

I haven't seen him 'cry like a little bitch' about anything.
Read the judge's summary, he clearly states that Djokovic had complied with the requirements and had been granted a visa, if he hadn't, he would not have been allowed on the plane. The judge even said, there was nothing else that Djokovic could have done.

An irrelevance.
Tennis, like F1, is a sport for people who don't like sport.

Judge has clearly been pressured and influenced by the fact he's would number 1 rios, with other players in his exact position being refused entry as they're shit.
He done all his bitching through his family.
You only have to watch the oz Airport programme to see those cunts won't let you in if you have a bit of fly shit in your jacket 😀
Couldn't care less either way as I won't watch it, but have to have consistency.

It seems he may have lied on his form still. I expect him to be chucked out because its good for the politicians. This is the problem they create for themselves when they pursue policies that inhibit individual freedoms. People don't like it when individuals are offered a bit more freedom than others.

I think the judge has been influenced by the facts. Djokkovic's leagal team submitted 11 grounds for appeal, the judge ruled on just the first one, process, which Australia's government failed to follow.

Kick in the teeth for those who comply, both in the tournament and in the Country.
Making a stand against compulsary vaccination is one thing, a noble thing. But that should have been in the form of I withdraw and let you deal with the outcomes.
Weaseling your way in using exemptions as a loophole by possibly fibbing isn't.

But the exemption exists for a reason. Djokovic met the required standard of evidence, then Australia changed the rules while he was mid-flight

The Australian authorities clearly messed up.
At the same time, Djokovic is an absolute prick - having a positive Covid test and the next day going to a public event with schoolchildren.
Not having the vaccine is one thing - having Covid and not isolating is a very different thing.
And his mum saying he was "tortured" in Australia - no that's what you lot did to the Bosnians not so long ago. I got a bit sick of the adoration of Beckham but it's nothing like Djokovic in Serbia - they treat him like a deity.

Yes Farage has entered the fray. Farage is pictured In Novax's trophy room with Novax's brother Djordje.
Enter Andy Murray who asked Farage on Twitter
'Please record the awkward moment when you tell them you’ve spent most of your career campaigning to have people from Eastern Europe deported.'

Fifth, surprised at you.
"no that's what you lot did to the Bosnians not so long ago"
Since when did 'you lot' stop being a pejorative, racist epithet?
Do you honestly believe that the 11 year old (at the time) Djokovic was out torturing Muslims?
